Finally got something out of my internship!
Well I guess I shouldnt say that, because I have gotten a lot of knowledge and experience out of it. But finally, some awesome shit. My bag literally ripped open because it was so full of buttons, zippers, zip pulls, leather, fabric, belts, and other cool stuff. Yay!
I dyed buttons today at work. Who ever knew those little plastic buttons could be dyed! It was fun, but difficult trying to match them to the color cards.
In other news, I washed my hands next to the wife of Max Azria today in the bathroom. I’m lame, but I thought it was cool.
I really want to do something creative right now…like alter some clothes or make something from the fabric I picked up since I have been home. To bad I dont have enough time! Packing for LA tonight- BCBG here I come!
Is anyone else doing an internship in Los Angeles, or working there/going to school there? I dont know anyone and this is all new to me- I would love advice on where to go, what to do. I am living in West Hollywood and turn 21 in two weeks- woohoo! Anyone?

I have been looking in the West Hollywood and Burbank areas. My internship is with BCBG in Vernon, which is not a good area to live. I am open to other areas that are safe and not to difficult to drive through.
Any advice?
